In short: this website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, loads nothing from third parties and has no forms. The only personal data processed are standard web server logs and any email you choose to send us.

2. What we process, why, and on what legal basis

We do not use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, social media plugins, embedded videos, web fonts from third parties or contact forms. We do not create user profiles and do not sell or rent personal data.
3. Partner links and the redirect page
When you click a link marked “Partner link”, your browser first opens a short redirect page on this site (/c/1/), which records nothing beyond the standard server log entry described above. It then forwards you to an affiliate network and on to the vendor (for example TotalAV). If the address you used to reach our page contained campaign parameters (such as utm_source, gclid or msclkid), a small script on the page copies those parameters onto the partner link so the advertiser can attribute the visit. The script runs only in your browser, stores nothing on your device and sends nothing to us.
Once you leave our site, the affiliate network and the vendor are independent controllers of whatever data they collect, including any cookies they set. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply.
4. Recipients
Server logs are held on the servers of our hosting provider, which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement and may not use the data for its own purposes. Emails are handled by our email provider in the same capacity. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
We do not intentionally transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If a processor were to do so, we would require appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–21). To exercise these rights, email info@vardenis.online. We will reply within one month. Note that we generally cannot link server log entries to a named person.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work. In the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
8. Changes
We will update this policy if our processing changes. The date below shows the current version.
